ACH/Direct Debit Form, E-Bills, and Online Bill Portal

Rollingwood Residents,

We have updated delivery and payment options for your Rollingwood Utility Bills. 

E-Bills

E-Bills are now available! If you would like to receive your bills via email instead of a paper copy mailed to you please email Makayla Rodriguez at mrodriguez@rollingwoodtx.gov and include the following information: 

Name
Email Address
Service Address
Account Number

By signing up for E-Bills, please understand that you will no longer receive hard copy bills in the mail.
 

ACH/Direct Debit

The ACH/Direct Debit Form is now available for Utility payments.  Please fill out the form below and return it with a voided check to City Hall at 403 Nixon Drive.  Due to the sensitive nature of the banking information on the form please DO NOT email the form to us.  The process of switching to ACH/Direct Debit can take one to two billing cycles. Please continue to make payments as usual until the bill states “TO BE PAID BY DRAFT.” 

 

Online Utility Bill Portal

Our online bill view and payment portal is available and can be found HERE

Please view our Utility Bill Online Portal "How To" here for instructions on creating an account, viewing past bills, and/or making payments. 

Please be advised that the only payment method that can be processed through the online portal is credit card and there is a 3% fee charged to transactions.
