Trunk or Treat - October 31 in Upper Park from 4-6

Trunk or Treat - October 31! Please make the City of Rollingwood part of your Halloween plans! City Administration, Public Works, Police, and Fire will be at the upper park from 4-6 handing out goodie bags. We will have a toilet paper roll, a ring toss, and a place to get your pictures taken as a pumpkin face!
