Public Hearings on Special Use Permit - 2712 Bee Caves Road #106

The City of Rollingwood Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings regarding a Special Use Permit (SUP) application for Pepita’s Cafe & Bar, 2712 Bee Caves Road #106, Rollingwood, Texas 78746 to authorize the operation of a restaurant, including alcoholic beverage sales, for on-premise consumption.

The Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Rollingwood City Hall, 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas 78746.

The City Council public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Rollingwood City Hall, 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas 78746.

Interested parties and citizens will have the opportunity to be heard at the public hearings via audio devices or in person. Written comments should be submitted to the City Secretary at City Hall or to dadair@rollingwoodtx.gov no later than October 18, 2023 at 5:00 PM.

The Special Use Permit application and any supporting documents will be available for public inspection from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at Rollingwood City Hall, 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas 78746.
