PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Rollingwood will each hold public hearings regarding: (1) A proposed amendment to the City of Rollingwood Code of Ordinances Sections 107-3 and 107-76 related to building projections into required yards in the R – Residential zoning district and the definition of Yard and (2) A proposed amendment to the City of Rollingwood Code of Ordinances Section 107-3 related to the definition of Building Height, Residential.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the public hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, and the City Council will hold the public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at Rollingwood City Hall, 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas 78746. Interested parties and citizens will have the opportunity to be heard at both public hearings via audio devices, in person, or by written comments which are accepted via fax to 512-327-1869 or by email to developmentservices@rollingwoodtx.gov.
