Utilities Policy Update: Return to Late Fees


 

Rollingwood Utility Customers,

At the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, City Leadership made the decision to cease assessment of late fees or penalties to Rollingwood Utility Accounts. We understood that it was a difficult time for everyone and wanted to ensure that late fees were not an additional burden on our residents. We are now reaching a time where business is returning to normal here at the City. Accordingly, we will return to our policy of charging late penalties. This penalty will be 5% of your current past due balance.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Check*
  • Bill-Pay through your bank**
  • ACH payment from your bank account
  • Credit Card through our website (3% Service Fee)

 

* If you pay by check, you can pay in person at City Hall, by mail or drop off payment in our drop box located in front of the building.

** If you pay with Bill-Pay through your bank, please confirm that the address used is 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, TX 78746.

If you wish to be set up on automatic monthly drafts, please fill out the ACH/Direct Debit form , attach a voided check and return it to City Hall. Please do not email this form back to us as it contains sensitive banking information. Hand delivery is preferred.

If you wish to receive E-Bills, please email vhernandez@rollingwoodtx.gov and provide the following information:

Name, Account Number, Service Address and Email Address.
