Reminder: Spring Clean Up on March 18, 2023

 

Rollingwood Residents,

This is an important reminder that Spring Clean-Up will be on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the upper park. Due to limited dumpster space, please keep any remaining branch or tree debris from the recent ice storm to a minimum to allow all residents to dispose their bulk items.

 

What can be disposed?

What CAN'T be disposed?
  • Mattresses, Box Springs, Bed Frames
  • Cabinets
  • Sofa & Furniture Items
  • Bags/Bundles of Brush & Tree Trimmings
  • Other Items Too Large for Regular Service Containers

 
  • Loose items/debris that is not bagged, tied or bundled
  • Tires
  • Household Chemicals (Paint, Pool Chemicals, fertilizer, etc.)
  • any items containing liquids
  • Individual items exceeding 50 lbs.

 

INDIVIDUAL ITEMS MUST NOT EXCEED 50 LBS. APPLIANCES SUCH AS REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, AND AIR CONDITIONERS MUST BE TAGGED TO CERTIFY FREON REMOVAL.
