New Alert System for City of Rollingwood

Rollingwood Residents,

SwiftReach, the parent company of our current city-wide alert system (Swift 911), was acquired by Rave Mobile Safety. The City of Rollingwood has transitioned to the Rave Mobile Safety Alerts platform.

Rave will allow users to receive text, email, and phone notifications regarding emergencies, events, utilities, and more from the City of Rollingwood. Email alerts will come from rollingwoodtx@getrave.com. This email is not monitored and any responses or questions should be sent to Makayla Rodriguez at mrodriguez@rollingwoodtx.gov. The first Rave Alert from the City of Rollingwood will be sent this afternoon.

Residents that were previously registered for Swift 911 Notifications have been automatically enrolled in the Rave Alert system. However, we encourage residents to ensure their contact information and alert preferences are up to date. Please fill out the Rave Alert Notification Form to register or update information.

If someone you know is not currently registered for Swift 911 but would like to register for Rave Alerts, they can also submit the form above to be included in city alerts.

Maintaining communications with our residents and businesses is a top priority for the city, and we are looking forward to this transition to a new platform that we believe will allow us to stay better connected. We appreciate your patience as we convert our messaging system to Rave Alerts.

If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at (512) 327-1838.

Take Care,

City of Rollingwood
