3/16/2024: Update on Water Pressure Throughout City

Rollingwood Residents,

We are aware that residents are experiencing low and high water pressures throughout the City. This is due to a malfunction in one of the City’s pressure relief valves in the water system. The malfunction has been temporarily corrected, however until the permanent repair is completed water pressures throughout the City will continue to be higher than usual for some residents and lower than usual for others. We anticipate the permanent repair to take place on Monday, March 18.

Water pressures throughout the City remain at adequate levels based on Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) standards, meaning the water is safe for human consumption. However, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

If you experience a further drop in water pressure or a loss of water pressure completely, please contact 512-327-1838, option 2, to report the outage to Crossroads Utility Services. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the on-duty officer at 512-328-1900.

We will continue to monitor this issue and will send follow up notices if necessary.

Thank you,

City of Rollingwood
